Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email. 

We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All items are sent First Class signed for via Royal Mail.

International deliveries are sent tracked via Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and we cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
